Opened in 1978 by Nonna Tina in the place of Nonno Ciccillo’s old dairy lab and still active today, our dairy store has a 60-year-long story. Over the years, it has become a required stop for lovers of good cheese, whether they are from Agnone or not.

What makes even more special our dairy store is the ancient cheese cellar under it, which includes a tuff cave for cheese aging. It is the place where our tastings and guided tours take place.
