Malleable and easy to slice and spread, our churned butter is an essential ingredient for flavoring your dishes. Made from cow’s milk creams in the old-fashioned way, its solid appearance hides a soft and delicate consistency. It is available in blocks of 250 g, 2.5 kg and 10 kg.

Di Pasquo's churned butter


Tasty and versatile, our pale yellow churned butter has a gentle taste of cheese. It is made from quality cow’s milk whey creams produced in our dairy, which are then matured and churned traditionally. This means that the creams are battered energetically in a churn to form large fat grains, while the liquid buttermilk is expelled and recovered. The grains are then kneaded to create the butter.

The traditional churning process gives our butter a superior quality and more flavor while preserving its nutritional properties. Once ready, the churned butter is compressed into blocks ready to be sold.
