Grilling scamorza and treccia are semi-ripened cheeses made from the elastic, stretched-curd of our caciocavallo. They have been manufactured to have the properties that make them good for the grill. Our burrino is a small caciocavallo with a truffle butter filling. Its double structure offers a unique taste experience.
