Indeed, bells are one of the most popular symbols of Agnone, in Italy and abroad. It is made with cow’s milk from Alto Molise suppliers. It is semi-ripened and has a mellow, sweet and intense flavor.

Inspired by the well-known shape of the bells manufactured by the popular foundry in Agnone, Caciocampana is the perfect balance between authenticity and taste, tradition and passion, tenacity and resilience. It is a tribute to the two main symbols of our hometown, the caciocavallo di Agnone and the bells. A hymn to Molise and to its delightful nature and history.
In short, it has the semi-soft consistency and mellow taste of our caciocavallo and is enriched by sweet and soft aftertones.
