Our Cheese Factory products

Our cheese factory offers a great range of dairy products from caciocavallo to scamorza, burrata and smoked cheese.
First of all they are products characterized by a vivid handicraft tradition (same of the phases of manufacturing process are still made by experts dairyman, see caciocavallo).

All the products we sell were vacuum packed.
Some of the products showed in those pages, are not sell on-line, because they are fresh food, easily perishable, which need a special transport. Anyway you can contact us to find the right way of delivery to your accommodation address.

 

This is caciocavallo, the main product of our full production.
Caciocavallo of Agnone, differentiates from other item of production thanks to its distinctive shape of a "goatee", and for its taste able to satisfy even the most demanding palates.
 

This is mozzarella "Palla di neve" (snow ball), our exclusive production, derived from a skilful research of taste and freshness.

Here we are meeting a gourmet food, the "Rotolo" (roll), composed by a pastry cheese roll, in which there are ham and rocket or ham and olives. It represents a delicious mix of various savours for a special tray.
Burrata is a special food, composed by a cheese pastry roll sturdier with a "heart" of stracciatelle and fresh cream.

"Dried" scamorza, available in three different ranges: to be consumed alone, to grill, flavoured with truffle. A valid second course of traditional taste.
"Nodini" (knots) are little mozzarellas in shape of characteristic knots that gratify consumers’ view and taste.
