Caseificio Di Pasquo, situated just in the neighbourhood of the Ancient small town Agnone, known in the world as Bell Town, is located in an ancient building, where traditions and modern milk processing equipping go perfectly well together.

The firm started up thank you to Mr. Francesco Di Pasquo’s Activity. In fact, he is the father of the actual manager Lorenzo, and he used to carry on the commercial activity of milk and its by-products.
In short, he collected milk by several producers sited in the neighbourhood of Agnone and then he arranged the delivery to the population of the town and of the neighbouring villages.
The coming of the tinned milk drove the family Di Pasquo to change his sphere of production and to realize dairy products laboratory.
In 1974 Lorenzo, the son, moved to Castelfranco Emilia (MO) to continue his study at the Istituto Professionale di Stato, where in 1976 he obtain a "dairyman" diploma.
At that point, the young Lorenzo had well absorbed the father’s knowledge, so that in 1978 he took charge on the management of the firm.
In the following years, the new administrator introduces remarkable changes to the manufacturing process, every time he makes out that it demands some amplification, he puts into practice the changes needed, so to be able to win any competition with the other local producer and every time he is able to get through the production and market troubles.

Today the main product of Di Pasquo firm is "caciocavallo". The entrepreneur knows that a manufacturing product made only with passion and love for traditions is not enough to satisfy consumers’ request, but it is also required to make use of advanced production- methodology and marketing.
For this reason all the caciocavalli made by Di Pasquo have a branding iron with the trademark, to assure consumers about products’ place of origin and their genuineness and to make known the trademark even out regional limits.

 

Today the firm is able to offer to the market typical products, able to satisfy both strict sanitary regulations about the subject and the most demanding palate of delicate tastes.
